Easy Approval Process
To verify participation in a qualifying program, provide either a benefit award letter, approval letter, statement of benefits, benefit verification letter, or school documentation.

Individuals may qualify for Lifeline if they are enrolled in any of the following public assistance programs:
- Medi-Cal
- CalFresh
- CalWORKs or Tribal TANF
- Supplement Security Income (SSI)
- Federal Public Housing Assistance or Section 8
- Women, Infants and Children Program (WIC)
- National School Lunch Program (NSL)
- Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)

Each additional member | $7,100 |
Household is defined as: A group of people living at the same address that share income and expenses. Program Rules limit one plan per household.
