Our Journey

We have entered into a Wireless Reseller Agreement with a Mobile Virtual Network Enabler and Operator to purchase wireless telecommunications services from one of the big three nationwide wireless carriers. This allows us access to their wireless network as a Mobile Virtual Network Operator and allows you access to quality service/services you can count/depend on.

Since the start of ACP in 2022, $6.4 billion has been disbursed with 2.25 million currently enrolled in California. With the program expected to end in June 2024, only 13 of the 85 participating providers are authorized to offer a replacement plan as part of the California LifeLine Program. For those enrolled by one of the other 72 providers, they will either lose coverage or be faced with a monthly bill next summer.

As a silicon valley telecom startup, we were founded on the belief that a connected device and data plan is a right, not a privilege and that every eligible household deserves the right to be aware of and to take advantage of a fully subsidized zero-cost wireless plan. To ensure this right is preserved, we submitted this past July a 198-page filing with the California Public Utilities Commission to seek approval as the fourteenth California Sequoia Wireless Service Provider. In our revised filling, submitted on October 9, 2023, we outlined a seamless transition from ACP to California LifeLine while committing to offer the same data limits for California LifeLine plans. Our commitment to offering uninterrupted wireless service once ACP ends is predicated on the determination of our filling.
